Pictures were taken in Dec of 2002. It is photos of an anti-ice operation made the day before in anticipation of a heavy frost or freezing fog event. The applications were made by Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and the photos were taken on SR 125 on the South side of Walla Walla.
